The Quad Riders ATV Association of British Columbia is opening its 2026 AGM and Jamboree today in 100 Mile House, bringing riders together for five days of trail activity, camping, training, association business and the organization’s 25th-anniversary celebration.
The event runs from Thursday, September 10 through Monday, September 14 at the 100 Mile House Snowmobile Clubhouse property, 900 Ainsworth Road in 100 Mile House.
A five-day British Columbia off-road gathering
ATVBC lists the official event start at 9:00 a.m. Thursday and the conclusion at 1:00 p.m. Monday. The 108 ATV Club is serving as host club.
The program combines organized riding with the annual general meeting and community activities. Guided rides are scheduled from Thursday through Sunday, departing directly from the event camping area so participants do not need to trailer their machines to each ride.
The association is also marking its 25th anniversary in 2026, giving this year’s gathering additional significance for British Columbia’s organized ATV and side-by-side community.
Registration remains possible on site
Online pre-registration closed September 2, but ATVBC says participants who have not registered can still register on site when they arrive.
The event registration fee is listed at $20 per person. ATV and side-by-side participants also require an event trail-pass decal, with the first vehicle listed at $5 and a second at $2.50.
Anyone travelling specifically for the event should check the organizer’s current page before leaving, because ride schedules and activities can change.
Saturday includes the AGM and social
ATVBC’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 12 at 9:30 a.m., with check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m.
The event page also lists a Saturday evening social for AGM attendees. Other activities across the gathering include guided rides, camping, merchandise and fundraising activities.
That combination makes the jamboree more than a recreational ride. It is also a working meeting for an association involved in trail access, safety, club support and off-road recreation across British Columbia.
Safety and insurance requirements matter
ATVBC states that helmets are required for participants using ATVs and side-by-sides.
The organizer also directs riders to British Columbia insurance requirements. Participants must have the required road-crossing coverage where applicable, at least $200,000 in third-party liability insurance and a valid driver’s licence as described by the event information.
Those requirements should be confirmed directly with the organizer and current provincial guidance before riding.
