Alberta Powersports Show Finalizes Visitor Details for Edmonton Weekend
The Alberta Powersports Show opens Friday, October 16, at the Edmonton EXPO Centre with its final visitor information now posted, including operating hours, admission, a show map, exhibitor information and an ATV giveaway.
The two-day event runs Friday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Adult admission is $15, while youth ages 13 to 17 and seniors 55 and older are $12. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
Standard tickets are valid for one day, either Friday or Saturday. The organizer also says weekend passes are available through the Show Office for visitors who want access on both days.
The show takes place at the Edmonton EXPO Centre, 7515 118 Avenue NW. Organizers say the floor covers more than 100,000 square feet and brings together snowmobiles, ATVs, off-road machines, gear, accessories, services and industry representatives.
The current visitor page includes links to the 2026 show map, show guide and booth list, making it possible to plan a route through the floor before arriving. That is especially useful for shoppers trying to compare several machines or product categories in one visit.
One of the event’s largest promotions is a 2027 AODES Pathcross 550S Base ATV giveaway. The organizer values the prize at approximately $8,000. Entries are being accepted at booth 210 with CFCW, and the draw is scheduled for Saturday, October 17, at 6 p.m. The winner does not need to be present.
For Alberta buyers, the main value of the show is the ability to compare machines side by side. Seat height, control layout, cab space, visibility, storage, suspension feel and accessory fit can be difficult to judge from a specification sheet, particularly with ATVs, side-by-sides and snowmobiles.
Visitors comparing prices will also want to separate the display model from the actual purchase configuration. Accessories such as windshields, roofs, heaters, plows, winches, storage boxes and upgraded tracks can materially change the final price and the way a machine is used.
Financing deserves the same level of comparison. A monthly or biweekly payment does not show the complete cost of borrowing on its own. The annual percentage rate, loan term, cash price, fees and total amount financed provide the more useful basis for comparing offers.
The show arrives at an important time for Alberta’s powersports market. Snowmobile buyers are moving into the winter season, while ATV and side-by-side customers continue to shop for hunting, acreage, trail and snow-management use.
For dealers and exhibitors, that means customers are likely to arrive with practical questions about current inventory, delivery timing, accessory installation and winter setup. The ability to provide a complete configuration and realistic delivery date can matter as much as the headline price.
Families have two different attendance windows to choose from. Friday offers a six-hour evening session from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., while Saturday provides the longer daytime window from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and includes the scheduled ATV draw.
The organizer describes the event as family-friendly and lists interactive displays alongside product exhibits, gear and apparel vendors, industry experts and show-specific deals. Children 12 and under are free under the current admission structure.
The Edmonton EXPO Centre is located at 7515 118 Avenue NW in Edmonton. Visitors travelling from outside the city can use the organizer’s current show map and booth list to prioritize the brands or suppliers they want to see before entering the hall.
With the final practical details now available, the Alberta Powersports Show has moved from a calendar event into a concrete weekend plan: Friday afternoon and evening, a full Saturday, more than 100,000 square feet of powersports displays and a major ATV giveaway closing out the second day.
